Fees and Payment

Below, you'll find an outline of my fees and payment process. I value transparency, especially regarding costs. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about fees or payment options either before or during your initial consultation.

If financial concerns become a barrier to care, please reach out and we can discuss available options to make therapy as accessible as possible.

Initial Consultation

  • Fee: Free

  • The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

If you would like to utilize your insurance:

  • I do accept insurance.

  • Accepted insurance plans at this time include Optum/United, Aetna, and Cigna.

  • For other insurance plans, I can provide detailed receipts for you to submit for reimbursement.

  • Co-payment amount is due at the end of each session.

If you would like to pay privately:

  • Individual Session Fee: $150 per 1-hour session

  • Caregiver Consultation Fee: $75 per 30-minute session

  • These consultations are designed to help caregivers navigate challenges, build effective structure and strategies, and foster stronger family dynamics that support continued healing at home. These focused sessions are solution-oriented and tailored to your specific needs.

  • These consultations are offer as private pay only at this time.

Professional Supervision

  • Fee: $150 per 1-hour session

  • I offer supervision for provisionally licensed professionals seeking guidance, growth, or support in their clinical work.
