Fees and Payment
Below, you'll find an outline of my fees and payment process. I value transparency, especially regarding costs. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about fees or payment options either before or during your initial consultation.

Initial Consultation
Fee: Free
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.
If you would like to utilize your insurance:
I do accept insurance.
Accepted insurance plans at this time include Optum/United, Aetna, and Cigna.
For other insurance plans, I can provide detailed receipts for you to submit for reimbursement.
Co-payment amount is due at the end of each session.
If you would like to pay privately:
Individual Session Fee: $150 per 1-hour session
Caregiver Consultation Fee: $75 per 30-minute session
These consultations are designed to help caregivers navigate challenges, build effective structure and strategies, and foster stronger family dynamics that support continued healing at home. These focused sessions are solution-oriented and tailored to your specific needs.
These consultations are offer as private pay only at this time.
Professional Supervision
Fee: $150 per 1-hour session
I offer supervision for provisionally licensed professionals seeking guidance, growth, or support in their clinical work.
Alma
